As above, are level 1 alerts supposed to work in Bedside mode? I'm not sure that mine are. If they are supposed to work, could somebody confirm what the setting should be after setting up a lever 1 alert?

Yeah I saw that but I don't see any place to adjust the volume of the Level 1 alert. Didn't hear it go off last night. Also while in bedside mode, I can't see any way to adjust the volume level, therefore I can't see that Level 1 alerts will go off in Bedside mode. The alternative is to create a new profile but then how to I keep the clock on constantly as I can only see that is done in Bedside mode.

OK, I just had a test. In bedside mode, an email from my daughter (who's a Level 1) gave the normal Level 1 notification sound and vibrated.

    I'm using a Passport on 10.3.1.2480.

I just tried it now and it's working where as it didn't work last night. How do you adjust the volume lever for a level 1 alert though. You can't adjust the volume in Bedside mode.

I didn't adjust the volume. It seemed to use the volume as if it came through on the Normal profile.

As far as I know, there is nowhere to specifically adjust Level 1 volume.

I guess I'll have to find a tone that is easy to hear in the middle of the night. Thanks for your help getting it sorted out.

    These ringtones are quite loud
