Hi, I've set up a rule in the priority hub and set it to use a level 1 alert, yet there have been matches, they've gone to the priority hub, but no alert.
Any ideas?

reboot? check your settings. Where are you setting the "level 1" alert?
In the settings for the priority hub, there's an option down the bottom to use a level 1 alert
Rebooting etc doesn't change it.

I've set up priority alerts PROPERLY and it still doesn't work. I still get the normal email alert and NOT the priority hub alert I've set that's supposed to override the normal email alert settings. I wanted an alert different from my normal email so I can know when it's work and not just a regular email.
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue.
The priority hub doesn't work, but I found that if I add a contact to my phone contacts, and just fill out the email field, then go to Settings>Notifications>Contact Notifications, then click on the bottom to add a contact notification, scroll to find the contact you added, then you can choose an alert there and it works.
