    Some minutes after getting a message (I think any message - sms, BBM, email...), red led stops blinking. Is this okay or is there something wrong? I have a Q10.

    i believe its a battery saving feuture its been like that on my 9700 and 9900 .......and i don't think it changed for bb10.......

    I remember my led keeping on blinking until I took any actions on all my previous BB devices... This is weird, no?

    @skoltz2000 this thing is actually stressing me out a bit. I miss that little red light.

    Get BeBuzz from BlackBerry World. Not only will it carry on blinking but you can set different colours for different types of notification.

    Only if you had after market software to do that. I can't recall if it was BBOS 4.7 or 5, but I had to write software for my boss to keep his light flashing.

    Check out HUB++ lots if options for different lights, vibrate, sounds stc for notifications from different sources including from individual contacts
