I am very new to the Blackberry Q10. I have only had the phone 1 day.
Firstly the battery life, seemed to drain very quickly and I did not use it very much at all.
When I first got the phone I charged it and the LED light was flashing until it settled on the green. Now when I charge it the LED light doesn't work. Is this normal?
Are you also able to check in the settings how much battery life percentage is left?
My light doesn't turn on while charging either. I like it this way. The light works for communication, however. I'll see if it's a setting, but I think the light will turn on when the phone is powered off, but when it's on, it will remain off.

Souzanna, Welcome to Crackberry.
It's not unusual for battery life to be less than expected for the first couple of days, as your device is syncing your email, calendars, contacts, etc. It will settle down and become better. Don't let the battery drain completely. You can top it up at any time with no damage to your device. LED behaviour is as already noted. To find the battery percentage, from the home screen swipe down from the top and select Settings, then About, the Hardware from the drop-down list. You'll find the battery level there. There are also many simple battery level monitors available on BB World (such as BX Battery info BlackBerry World - BX Battery Info)
If you have other questions about your new device, be sure to post them in these forums. You'll find that most members are willing to offer constructive advice.
I did not Benjamin, my phone is generally always on my "other" profile and I would've easily noticed that. I'm not here to argue, just stating my experience.
LED light requires only few volts to create brightness and for this reason it is saving a lot of energy of your phone's battery. I think you are enjoying it. I hope you will like to buy LED light. Find LED light from LED drivers, Power Supply, Constant Current Driver LED - AC Electronics.
