Nice to see a renaissance here and I am happy to host them on my "server" with a steady 15 MBit upload at home as a torrents.

The Reason for this would be twofold:

    1) We get a base community first that is dedicated to keeping a library of the Leaks and you can easily see the popularity of any given leak.

    2) Most of the Leaks can be "thrown out there" without causing more fuss than cresting a torrent, a thread and be "done with"

Anyone interested can BBM or just pin me...

Pin:24D0CBE2 please let me know what it is regarding in the invite ;-) or say carrots.

While the current climate of things gives me little reason to keep this up (and even less reason of making it public), a younger, idealistic me uploaded everything to the cloud.

Leaks via Torrent only? 15 MBit from me to host-eos.png

    That looks sweeeeet....

Yeah... I am a younger, idealistic version of you ;-)

    Bitcasa is truly nice!

NO: do you consider to upgrade to Win 8.1?

Bitcasa was nice until they shot themselves in the foot with their pricing plans. Stay away for the meantime, I'm lucky they grandfathered in my plan.

As for Windows 8.1, it's good so long as you make sure to disable Bing in the system search. And uninstall your drivers before upgrading, apparently 8.1 needs different ones.

All of those files up there add up to 203GB, but they're 7z compressed, so it's more like twice that.

I noticed that with 8.1..... I am selling PCs -.-

I prefer my own cloud and currently cannot complain with 15MBit.... easiest way to share large files and put archives like that to good use.... IMHO.....

15MBit connection would die instantly. If you don't have dedicated copper or fiber you can't host files. No offense. People would kill your connection when a leak gets released. Trust me

I have a dedicated copper line..... and only that much bandwith which I can guarantee...

Maybe someone else can throw in a bone or two as well....

Torrents are something where everyone can contribute and allows for the time to create the threads and everything else before "the masses" come...

Those who want to participate, are able to to do so through seeding the damn thing.
The more popular /stable a leak is the more bandwith will be available....

I understand that mega and similar are still the best choice.... I am just old school and love torrents.... especially for larger files then 1GB....

I've got 10mb I can give to the latest leak no problem. I can't stand mega, for several reasons, one being their creator, as well as what's to stop the feds or whatever country houses their DC to shut them down just like mega upload was.
