It'll probably suck on the Dev Alpha, but use the STL100-1 loadoer.

Installed 12am. My observations:

1. Noticeable lag when scrolling through home screen quickly. Not that noticeable when scrolling slowly.
2. When I close CoC, there's like 5-10 seconds feeze before you can do anything.
3. RADIO IS TERRIBLE!!! I'M ALWAYS ON EMERGENCY ONLY.

In think the signal issue is caused by some jamming device near our area for security reasons. I was near where Pope Francis held a mass.

I do NOT recommend you to use 10.2.1 on your q10 as daily driver! ) Q10 with 10.3.1 works so much better! So, there is no any reason not to update your device.
