Got it! So these autoloaders for the Z10, are the "original" OS/apps (from the OP) repackaged with the correct 1155 radio?

The original had what we refer to the debrick, it has core, and apps in it. You can extract the apps from that, but not the core. So to make z10/q loaders, and that was needed was the appropriate radio since the debrick files are identical for those devices. The stl100-1 and passport require different files that aren't provided at this stage so can't be done.

You can not recreate a core os from anything else. The core has to come from BlackBerry directly. You can split apps, but can never ever ever get a core from a full loader.

Mostly, I'm guessing some won't work. I've heard maps is one that won't work, but if it doesn't work just load the app from 1154 back onto your device (making sure you allow downgrades if needed in your side loading app of choice)

It's OS 10.3.1.1949.

Alpha, beta, production are just 3 (really 5) completely arbitrary servers that happen to have some version info on them. The OS is the OS, and which serves has this info on it means nothing - except if it's on production you'll get a software release number. But that's useless anyway.

Also, only Z30/classic will get SR with this since others don't have a matching radio. See http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=919663

No need to wait. Link backup and restore works perfectly if you are coming from 1154. Go ahead with the autoloader.

Yes, only apps non destructively. The auto loader will be destructive.

You can select whether you want to install just newer or not. In the upper right hand corner there is a box for the selection.
