Well, this kind of kills the theory that BB were not developing 2 distinct branches of 10.3.1.

Seems like the 12XX branch may be Passport and the 17XX branch for other devices.

Opening device manager right after a reboot seems to keep it working properly until the next reboot. At least for me.

actually the device monitor works on 1133, and mostly correctly. So for the Passport users there's some hope for less issues.
