Only on select devices it seems. Hard to isolate the problem that only some people have it.

I have it in my Z30.

    You can't. Autoloader only. Destructive.

Not sure if this is new or not but I just noticed it as I organised my apps. Looks like you can now merge folders by holding one on the other.

That's not new. It's been there since 10.3. Also, to anyone thinking of merging folders, it will dump all the contents of the added folder to a new page. It doesn't keep the folder you merged. In other words, there's still no folder-within-folder capability.

Two things....Well the first is a suggestion.... Make a list of the goods and bads of this leak... Its kinda hard to figure out what is what in all the posts.... Just my opinion.

Secondly, the autoloader for this leak, is it 1949 core os files or is it built on 1154 core os files?

    Finally, forgive my ignorance....LOL

Loading 1949 apps over 1154 proven to be not a good idea. At least hub and browser.are not working after the load.

Ran autoloader and spend hours redo all the accounts, apps and setup ..... things are running smoothly now.
Android app support seems to have improved compare to previous leaks.
Even the latest Instagram from Google Play store works like a charm.
oh yes, Google Play store still work using the published install workaround (google account, google id, google play).

I did noticed one thing which I didn't see before. I had Flipboard and Kobo installed from the Blackberry AppWorld ... but when I fired up Google Play Store .... it seems to recognize those as Android apps and have them listed as "installed" and can be upgraded. Nice.

Snap was really a nice treat when we couldn't get Google Play Store to work correctly. But now, I will try to run without it and see if Google Play Store can really handle the android app on my Z30 by itself. Well, I still have the Amazon AppStore just becoz of the FAOTD. LOL

In HUB pressing on sms, email etc. opens the selected notification. In previous version pressing on "the envelope" to the left of the notification would work as "mark as read/unread".

Still works the same. Let it settle, then try a reboot.

I know autoloader files Ee destructive to data when first installed. Does this mean that after initial installation on every subsequent power down and restart of the phone that it will be wiped again as the early.10.3 releases (with the exception of 10.3.1.754) seemed to do to the Z10/Z30?

    Posted via CB10
Autoloaders are destructive only when you run them. Subsequent restarts/power ups should not wipe the phone. I know people have been reporting such behaviours but it is not "normal". I'm not sure anyone has ever figured out what was causing those wipe-on-restart issues.

Microsoft recently begun moving away from SSL security because they discovered a a security leak. I can't remember the tool they are recommending right this second. I think it might be TTL. So I agree with your decision to leave it off. Just file away in the back of your mind that you may want to log into a website someday that requires SSL and that you will need to temporarily toggle that one on in order to log in.

    Did the poll.

    Upgraded from z30STA100-5/10.3.1.1154
Autoload with Full Restore to .1949 yesterday

-No problems with the 64gb Sandisk card
-Camera (focusing) is definitely better then .1154
-I have no WiFi issues and never had wifi issues with .1154
-One swipe to unlock is back
-Do Not Disturb was available in .1154
-Assistant is better then .1154 less delay
-Audio files don't crackle when screen turns off(was present on .1154 for me)
-Volume keys are smooth when toggling up and down
-I rarely use whatsapp but i'm not being asked for any acc info like on poster mentioned.
-Data Monitor is displaying the leftside menu for me
-Battery monitor seems to be accurate
-Android apps are loading quick but not sure if quicker then .1154

For me this so far is an awesome build.
No doubt a daily driver and even though i liked the last build .1154, this one .1949 is much improved for me so far. It seems like this could be close to how the final build could be.

Can someone tell how's the idle battery drain?

It's been one of the big pains.

Also, any idea if latest Google maps work smoothly?

    Posted via CB10
I recently had the same problem. I went into the permissions and turned all unnecessary permissions off. It was 99.99999% of them. I also turn Location Monitoring off manually and then turn it on when I am using a navigation tool. It's unbelievable how much crap all of these application providers are farming from us.

COME ON GUYS, PLEASE FILL IN THE POLL IN THE FIRST POST THAT THE OP HAS KINDLY PUT TOGETHER

Just checked the results out of interest (Passport owner so can't participate myself) only to see very little response.
Sorry, it seems the results page was broken. When I copied it from the template it replaced references to row 2 with row 50 for some reason; a simple find and replace all seems to have fixed it.
