I've been loading leaks for years and had a first loading this one: It didn't recognize the country I was in. It thought I was in Canada instead of the US (and no I'm not anywhere near the border). Happened both before and after a security wipe. Just thought I'd point this out.

I am using 10.3.1 leaks since 10.3.1.1151 and I love the interface and the features added.

There is one thing I loved on 10.2 and hate on the 10.3 leaks: the swipe to wake option!! I used to love to swipe and unlock the screen directly from sleep, but in these leaks it just wakes the screen and you have to swipe again to unlock.

Does this leak have this issue solved? Is this even an issue, or am I complaining like a fool for some feature BlackBerry has removed? Is there any fix for it? Please someone tell me, cuz I really need the swipe to unlock feature back.

Might be carrier related, but I just tried to make a few calls and got a network busy error. I cycled the wireless connection and the error went away.

I did a reset (both volume keys) and it went away

The Q10 it's terrible as far as notifications all my contacts ring volume is very low compare to the 10.2.1.3062 I've tried 3 different 10.3.1 they all crap regarding notification for the Q10 so I went back to the 10.2.1.3062 I like to ear my phone nice and LOUD so I won't miss a business call once in February or whenever that 10.3.1. it'll come out I'll find out if the volume is the same is the 10.2.1. otherwise I'll stay with this **** on BB

I did this too, but it keeps coming back. I might revert back to the 939 radio, that's the last one that worked properly for me.

I get this weird screen when it happens :



Then if I try to make a call I get this :




Rebooting, or just cycling the mobile network solves the problem, just like the sms issue on the last leak, but it keeps coming back.

I have a Verizon z30 btw.

Hello everyone! Anyone has this issue when you acces facebook.com from the browser, the photos appearing on the main page are too big for the screen and i have to click on the photo and then go back in order to resize to the corect size for the screen. Btw i have a z10 stl100-2 and i had this issue with the earlier leaks also.this issue appears only on facebook page. Have a nice day everyone and a happy new year!

I have a problem in my Z30 with calendar (version 10.3.1.1154 and 10.3.1.1949).
No notification (sound and display reminders).
Only you can see how unlock the screen.
Any ideas?

I think I'm going to do a statistical analysis of this thread - a count of how many posts:

1) Thank the poster (self explanatory)
2) Provide helpful info (List of updated BAR files)
3) Ask questions that are stickied/readily available elsewhere in this forum (What's a blitz?)
4) Ask legitimately good questions (Can't think of any at the moment)
5) Ask if it will work on a device that was specifically not mentioned
6) Wine about certain devices not being supported (BlackBerry hates Z10, waaaaaa!)

Thank you OP. A useful tidbit is that for Q10 users, I hear the music player's BAR file dramatically improves the player's stability. I do have to ask, though -- what on earth is a blitz? Is it, like, a football move? Do you happen to know how to recover any messages and associated metadata from a partially-corrupted .BBB backup file and extract into a CSV? Also wondering if this will work on the Z10. I'm really upset that it won't work on the Passport yet... waaaaaah. Final question: can my buddy run it on his Lumia?

OK , so I did a security wipe and immediately after set up I sent myself 4 emails and all toast notifications came with the yellow " highlight". Then i left the home screen and opened up an app then back to home screen ,sent myself another email and the yellow is gone. I then reloaded the OS and got the same results ,yellow " highlight " on all toast notifications until I opened an app for the 1st time then it was back to the non highlighted toast. Too bad , I really like the look of the yellow. running on Z10

That yellow is just a setup thing. If you start your phone for the very first time, this yellow thing guides you through the setup and is explaining stuff about the OS. Where to find the apps, where to find incoming mails and also what to do with the toast notifications. Once you are a little bit used to your phone, it disappears

Thank you for replying on this topic. I have also found that all variants of 10.3.1 has muffled the notifications/alarms/sounds on my Q10 and even when set to max they are sometimes not noticeable. There is a thread in the Classic forum where a user is discussing the same issue with their Classic. Sucks to know that the device that this OS was built for seems to suffers as well. Knowing this does not give me hope for the future of the OS with the Q10. I have rolled back to OS 10.2.1.3253 (on Verizon).
