Well i'm using it.
Actually there only are 2 problems with this build (for me this is a verry good early build).

problem 1 : Sorry but you asked ...Battery is worst i ever had (no complaining though , i took the jump). Lost 50% within 2hour.
problem 2 : Bluetooth does not work...For me that is not a big issue but it may be for a lot of people...

Hopefully it helped you out a bit.

Point 1 should resolve itself with a bit of time - alternatively reload and start fresh.

Point 2 is a minor nuisance for me as well... I just hope we get an update within a couple if weeks - would be nice.

Warning... take this with a boulder of salt... considering Bla1ze's post re: PlayBook 10.3 and what I just discovered.

I have hope that there's new PlayBook goodness coming. I just tried to bridge using the latest BB Bridge app on this OS, and guess what, can't do it. I get a message saying that I have to update my PlayBook to use bridge. Could mean nothing, could mean something. So basically, what I'm saying is nothing really.

BBRY needs sales. The status-quo design isn't selling enough hence the need to do/try something different.

Do you honestly think this design change is what will make BlackBerry interesting again for others? The change looks far too subtle for that. It's basically a slightly different theme, but it's different enough for the BlackBerry community to be divided about it. What I have seen thus far does not impress me in the slightest.

You would leave simply over an aesthetic issue? Is there nothing about BB10 or the BlackBerry experience in general that you find worthy? If that's what it's really about, we're doomed.

Is there really that much what distinguishes BlackBerry 10 from the competitors? Not from my perspective. I have been an iPhone user for five years too and only recently left the ecosystem. Mostly because I did not like where Apple is heading with it (too much change for change's sake, few new and good ideas), not because I was unhappy with the OS in general. BlackBerry 10 offers a lot of the same features and has a remarkable look and feel and smooth UI that I thought only the iPhone has. It also covers plenty of tweaks typically found in Android, but not so much as to offer hundreds of toggles with confusing UIs. With distinct features like the Hub and a more common-sense approach to multitasking, BlackBerry has shown that it can be bold and present new ideas. I would like to see a lot more of that boldness. My decision to stay and spend more money on the ecosystem depends to some extent on the path BlackBerry intends to take (if you consider that you 'invest' in a smartphone for two years or more), and I don't think that a design change should be it, there are plenty of other angles to tackle.

You may want to first try calls especially Seriously though, if you could try that and let us know if bluetooth works, that would be great. Some users reported having issues with it.

That does sound like it's good news and goes with the latest rumor of more significant updates for the playbook.

"Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped." the pop up used to be non-stop, for some reason now I get it once at startup of the app, I just click "ok" and I can keep using the app... anyone else hitting this?

Reload the OS. If you restored, try to leave bits out - such as apps (worked for me).

Loaded a few bars files on my Q:
-browser: no red highlights, is definitely faster, have goofy icon near back button (see screenshot)
-clock: lost Start button for timer and stopwatch, no way to add new cities to world clock
-mediaplayer and mediastream: thinks went odd with photos as screenshot didn't show up in Pictures app and photos deleted in Pictures app didn't completely go away as they showed up in File Manager (but couldn't be viewed)
-perimeterbrowser: see above - not sure which of these bars was at fault

Depends how you define "work." If phone calls or SMS are important to you, then no.

Try leaving out the applications in the restore process, that worked for me.
