    Here's a few.
    1. Direct access via Link to all the files on PC!
    2. ActiveSync email sync increased to "Forever".
    3. Skype accessible via BB World.
    4. Larger, easier to use cursor control.
    5. HDR camera mode.
    Can you elaborate on #1?

So what about those that had the random reboot issue? Does this build fix it?

    Posted via CB10
No, I am still getting the f****** random reboot. How this has not been fixed is beyond me...continued lack of a fix will turn this otherwise beautiful machine into another Storm.

It gives you the ability to add your phone as a wireless network connection so you can wirelessly access your files on your PC.

It caches the areas you have already scanned through.

So all you have to do is pan throughout your city at a certain zoom, and it will save that data so it doesn't have to download it again. Just don't delete it.

Turn on your wifi and open maps. Now pan through your city so it downloads the streets and roads.

Then close the map and turn off your wifi and data services. Open up maps(it will say that you don't have data.) sometimes when you close that dialogue, the map will close. I think it is a hug.

If the map didn't close, the map will load the streets and roads. It may take a few seconds.

I concur on the battery life. I actually now keep my display brightness closer to 100% and still last 8hrs of average use.

Why do people keep talking about "resetting" batteries? As an electrical engineer I can tell you this is completely false info and also possibly detrimental to your battery as it only has a limited amount of full charge cycles. Batteries donot have memories, people need to stop spreading this BS
I'm also an engineer and from my point of view only li-polymer batteries are NOT allowed to be drained for whatever the reason is. any batteries which are NOT li-polymer even though li-ion, they are safe to be drained from time to time. yes they have no memory logs but still, if you wanna drain them out then you're ok to do so.

BBRY never use any li-polymer batteries for their phones, that's a good move from them as most BB users are power users who sometimes can't be bothered of trying to look for wall sockets or swapping batteries and choose to keep their phones on until they reach home and have them properly charged at the end of the day. li-poly batteries can't sustain that amount of torture as it will break up the polymer chain inside which will have a detrimental effect to the performance.

sorry dude... I disagree this time with you. I appreciate you as my fellow engineer but not on this as sometimes I use my z10 until the battery is entirely drained.

You don't need to make the purchase... just cancel before paying and that will fix the problem.

by the way, just figured this out yesterday and I think this cool!

I managed to create an appointment and I noticed that just on the address box there is a small triangle box on the bottom right corner of the box with a map location sign. so basically the calendar and the maps app are now integrated and by the power of BB Flow, you can press that button (too bad its quite small if you have a big thumb but I could manage that) and the maps app will open, just type the address and let the maps think and get the correct full address and you're back to the calendar app with the correctly mentioned address!

kudos to BBRY for optimising the Flow experience on bb 10.1!

Soft brick your phone by running autoloader and pulling the cable during the install process, then connect to Link and hit Reload Device Software.

I only seem to get the random reboot issue whilst on charge, and I am not using the device. However, at this moment, that has not happened for a bit. Not bad for a leak. I have been on ones that were just plain dastardly.

Is it really absolutely necessary to soft brick the phone?

    First, great avatar :>

I think I understand why it'd be a good idea to do that, is it so bblink can't pick up the current software installed on the phone?

On Verizon and just completed move from. 1483 to. 1756. Had problems with restore from BB Link so I had to reset up everything manually. Restore would get stuck at 2%. No idea why - never a problem before this OS upgrade. BBM wouldn't connect right away until I turned off wifi. Once I did that, it worked. So, all set as of 8:30 EDT. Wait a couple days to see how it goes. This phone had history of multiple reboots daily - waiting to see if there is hope in this leak.
