and what STL100 are u on? i did a fresh install everything, did you use the fb password reset method?? i'll try again in a bit,

yeah when i say fresh install i mean no restores whatsoever.

STL100-3, completely fresh install never do a restore, last back up was on the 10.0 days

and yes i used FB pass reset

On 10.1.0.16xx it was not possible to setup language. is it possible in this version otherwise it is NO GO. Someone can confirm it.

Now admittedly I don't really know how all this APN business works, but I didn't know the carriers controlled this. I wonder why I was able to edit my APN settings when I was running the 10.0.10.116 OS??? Anyone have any insights on how that all works

I only know its carrier related.
On t-mo i can change my apn settings, on this build and all of the previous builds.

ahh i just connected my Z10 now and its doing the install. I didn't do a security wipe if i was suppose to. I was just hoping, when the actual install happens, it will prompt me asking if I want a clean install or just an update. Similar to windows.

Nah, just plug it in. The auto loader will wipe the device anyway.

Oh btw if anyone has a issue with whatsapp still playing sounds while in silent mode just reboot your device it fixes it. Learned that this morning after trouble shooting before trying a reboot

Been playing around with it for some time now, pretty much finished syncing everything by now. Still hasn't fixed the complaints I've had for the last few versions, but the animation stutter is at least becoming less noticeable. Still quite a few Contacts-related bugs that I wish they'd work out as well. But Android Player seems to keep on improving, which is certainly great to see considering how many Android ports are in BlackBerry World, not to mention that it improves the sideloading experience too.
