Loaded this OS...... finding problem connecting to Yahoo mail as always with leaked OS....... It connects to Yahoo mail only after 10-12 hours or so after loading leaked OS.
Having the same problem. Last time one account loaded on the second or third try and the other took a while. This time neither account will load, just get the stupid log in to yahoo.com and try again message. I will try waiting before loading the accounts

    Alright let's set this straight

Only differences between this and 1627 in my few days of testing is increased performance and battery life.

Any other issues will stem from restores and just bad luck

Thanks for confirming, djenkins6! Boy is the CB community ever great... ask a question and get an answer within 5 minutes!

That's a bummer that it's still greyed out. Wonder why this was editable on the 10.0.10.116 leak but not on these latest 10.1 leaks. Makes me wonder if it will be still greyed out for the official 10.1 release.

I'll have to skip this leak as I am quite happy with 10.1.0.1627. Like many have mentioned on this thread, the best way to do a leaked install justice is to do it from scratch (no backup/restore). The downside to that though is the time it takes to re-organize your icons, re-do your settings and notifications, re-add your bookmarks, etc... I don't feel like going through that all over again if the APN settings are still greyed out for Rogers. That said... I am totally addicted to the simplicity of installing these Z10 leaks so I'll keep reading this thread to see if there is any compelling feedback that will draw me to installing this leak! Aw who am I kidding... this leak will be installed by Sunday!

Strange, I only had a wait issue with Yahoo on a previous leak, but I always need to wait before I can reconnect to my exchange account at university.

    Posted via CB10
For my one remaining yahoo account, I had to log on, on my PC to Yahoo, and then the account set up just fine on the phone. No wait.

In my limited time of using this leak, compared to the previous leak, it really does feel like this one is much more polished than the previous one. The switching of accounts inbetween the Hub is smoother and the transition is quicker. There is definitely less stutter as well in the animations, but this could all be placebo

I will try to add more findings once I use it more.

I agree running the same O/S and I can APN on my Rogers device. Previous Rogers version and I could not make change even thru the Escreen.

Holding onto this OS for now.

    Hi,
I installed the last leak 10.1.0.1720 (the core part). One issue I encountered is that though the gmail has option of 90 days syncing, if I reboot the phone it goes back to 30 days again. Is it solved in the new leak .1762 for STL 100-2? Thanks.

Can a few more people quantify the battery life? I've seen posts that it's better but presuming that the battery was nearly dead after 8 hours can someone confirm that they are getting, for example, 12 hours now with heavy usage?
    Thanks

Hi KingRohan, can you please clarify whether you're currently running 10.1.0.1627 or 10.0.10.116? You had mentioned that you could edit your APN settings so I just want to confirm which O/S allows you to do it. I have yet to see an 10.1 leak that allows me to edit my APN settings on Rogers.

    Thanks!

Only 69% battery drain in 18 hours?!? That's amazing! That right there is reason enough for me to install this leak (never mind my complaints regarding the APN settings)!!!

Can someone who's installed this leak AND is on Rogers please confirm whether this leak allows you to edit your APN settings? I'm running 10.1.0.1627 and the APN settings are still greyed out. My previous leak before that was 10.0.10.116 and that one allowed me to edit my APN settings. Would be nice to get that feature back on a 10.1 build.

    Thanks!
nope, Rogers will not release this lock!

Have to keep in mind I must have a god send device because I have never once had a major issue with it. I've seen minor ones pop up that were either my issue a server issue or just simply a reboot fixed which I don't warrant as serious enough to complain about

Ie my whatsapp issue from this morning but a reboot fixed it
