My device shutdown at 32% yes it's STL100-1 HOWEVER it was on 1767 shutdown at 45% soo what's the deal??

And how can I solve that

I've updated from the device it was 19mb only because I was on 1791 I didn't do security wipe << does that gonna solve the problem??

Just a heads up. Loading settings bar on z30 crashes bbid and software updates. Reverted back to 1791's settings. Sysmon works though.

Yea.. loading settings bar from 641/725 would crash bbid and software updates. And loading settings.account bar would crash email accounts setting.

Fresh install/update from 10.2.0.1043 on stl100-3 after security wipe. Can't pass software update screen. It's connected to a working wifi network, but the progress indicator spins forever and after few minutes it shows "Unable to connect to the network. Please try changing your settings." Is it only me ?

Fresh install/update from 10.1.0.4633 on stl100-1. Did had major issues in the beginning (the phone did nothing during incoming calls) and tried to reboot. Then had to setup from the beginning. Couldn't pass software update screen ( It was connected to a working wifi network, but the progress indicator spined forever and after few minutes it showed "Unable to connect to the network. Please try changing your settings."). Did go through eventually, but does not connect to BB Link and all email and other accounts as well as data and contacts are missing. Any suggestions please? In case I want to restore to factory settings is there a safe way to do so?

My kids have been playing minion rush for thee last several days on this leak without any issues. Have you tried reinstalling it?

Tried to like the 10.2.1 os as I always had the latest and sometimes greatest (sometimes not) on all my legacy berries but it just isn't ready for prime time and too many glitches. Its cool for trying out new feature though. But this 1791 is by far the best OS I have had on my Q10 since I bought it the day it came out on Verizon. Got 14 & a half hours on one charge and I haven't had the OS on here 48 hours yet. Can't wait to see how it does once everything settles.

I installed this leak and my problem now is i cannot connect to BB Link. it says that " Cannot Communicate with Device" can somebody help me or link me to a site how to fix this problem?

I cannot install all my converted androids apps coz BB10 app manager in google chrome cannot read my device.. thanks in advance!

Connect your phone to the computer and wait until it get installed once you get the message that the device is installed correctly restart the computer and reconnect. Try changing USB port, if no good reinstall BlackBerry link.

I had a weird problem with this leak yesterday. I was running a half marathon and listening to music on the q10 during my run. I'd periodically get the phone out to text my husband so he knew my progress. About half the time I did this, the music would stop playing after I put the phone away. At one point, it actually started skipping like a defective cd. Thankfully, I have inline controls on my headphones so was able to start the music again but it was annoying.

If you have sideloaded the New runtime from the new OS then sideload the original Runtime for this OS and it will work

^not sure about that / but it worked with youtube network issues it didn't work till I sideload the original runtime

Perhaps. I was sweating a lot .... but I run with my Q10 all the time and have never had this issue.
