I can't send a picture or video now that I've upgraded to 10.2.1. Is anyone else having this issue or should I just try to reload the os?

Easiest fix is to after wiping is to reload software. usually after a security wipe I have that problem unless I reinstall os after wiping

So I should wipe, reload software, then wipe again? I installed over my 10.2.0.xxx then wiped twice then started fresh. Didn't even do a backup restore.

Had the same issue when I first installed 10.2.1. I'm with T-Mobile US. I just did a hard reset and it solved it for me. Also, first few days will be a buggy but gets better, just need to let the OS simmer. Lol

I had the same issue. I have a z10, so pulled the battery to remove the sim card. Restarted. Loaded up, the phone completely.
    Hard restart (two volume buttons).
When the phone went black I pulled battery again, put my sim back in.
The phone Restarted and everything was fine after that.
APN info was complete and accurate and mms sending/recieving no issues.

I noticed by doing that it also filled in my software release info.

Not sure if this is a legit fix or a coincidence, but it worked for me.

I have the same issue with my Q10 and doing the above restarts/sim out and in/ doesn't work either. Looking for other options and will post if I find any.

The reinstall without a wipe is the only way I was able to correct the same exact issue. It seems that manual settings for Verizon do not work.

Mine was the opposite. My mms broke for the longest time when i was on the 10.2 leaks, but since i upgraded to 10.2.1 that problem has been fixed for me. You can try reloading the os if you havent already

    What about group chats?

That is technically a feature of MMS, but when you perform a group chat, people in the chat receive the messages from you separately.

Is anyone else able to confirm this to work or not?

    Thanks!
