    Try this one:

    BTW, you should upgrade OS:

    Thanks for suggestion (1):
Is 7.6 really an advance on 7.8? Despite the impression conveyed by version numbering, does it provide added functionality? A better "fit" with BB10?
    Thanks for suggestion (2):
I think 10.3.3 seems better or no worse than 10.3.2, and maybe the browser is measurably faster (but still slow and simply not up to scratch for some sites e.g. current CNN).
    But -
3.2 recognises a multi-partition SD card and 3.3 does not. (What I mean is that File Manager does.) This is a big deal for me. I've upgraded to 3.3 on two Z10s and two PPs and kind of regret the inability to revert. This machine is the one remaining 3.2. I kind of want to stick with it.
    Question:
    While you are here:
On various machines running W10, I have been unable to pick up the base internal drive Z: when the phone is connected. Completely reliable with W7. Just can't find the way in, despite toggling USB from within Settings, installing / reinstalling BlackBerry drivers, etc etc. Same failure across all W10 machines x two BB10 models x 3.2/3.3. Any hints?

Might be the order that you set your BB10 up with. What driver software and or security software came with your Win10 PC?

    Check this thead...

    /ask-question-f432/why-does-bb-blend-work-but-not-bb-link-1157877/#post13296656

After my Win 10 machine lost the ability to read the internal and SD card memory on my Z10 about a year ago, it wasn't until I recently came across that thread that I found the solution.

I guess one of the late 2017 updates disabled the SMB protocol Link uses, and re-enabing it made it work again.

Still slow as molasses (takes forever to read nested folders, or sub-directories), but it mounts the internal memory and SD card as Y:\ and Z:\ drives again.
