    I am unable to update my Z10 to the latest software release it update until 97% and I get this message :an error has occurred while downloading software for your device please verify your internet connection or try again later, if the problem still persist.

    Did you use the phone to update it link? I would try using link. Maybe the phones dropping connection mid install.
