Is this the link I should be using for the latest autoloader?

    https://mega.nz/#F!ERomDKaT!YYXwe5p2bUlm_4VW5VfTtw

Are there any other things I should know before I step into this? I would really like to keep using the Passport and dont mind spending time to do research to make sure I am doing the right things.

Can anyone from India confirm that this is the latest OTA update? 10.3.2.286. Or did we get a 10.3.3?

Yes it is. You only need to download the 2nd file (1.46Gb zipped) to a PC, unzip the file, plug in your Passport, and run the file. It will totally wipe your device and install a fresh, latest OS onto your device. You can then set up as if new with your BBID and password.

Thank you. Not sure when I will try this. I also wonder if this is needed given that most of my workflow is alright right now.

Actually your OS is 10.3.3.3204. You're reporting the software release version, which doesn't really mean much.

Btw, by upgrading to 3216, you get the Krack fix.

3204 also had the Krack and Spectre fix so probably not much change.

Oops. It's the broadcom patch that was missing. It's been so long....

Man its been a while but I fired up my Passport and it's on 10.3.3.2163. Which update option does not wipe the device or should I just wipe it and start fresh? Will I still be able to add Gmail and get my Google contacts?

Don't need to do anything additional with BBID? Do I need to remove my password?

Weird. Downloaded the zip file, extracted exe file, plugged in Passport and exe. application/file will not run. (I am on the latest build of Windows 10 Core i5 chip Acer Swift 3) any thoughts?

The file is good - maybe try downloading and unzip it again. Close any windows before running the .exe (including Link/Blend etc).

I don't have link on my Win 10 laptop. I'll delete, re-add, unzip and report back.

No luck. Downloaded the zip file twice, extracted the application and when double clicking on the exe the file/application will not run.

Check the usb cable and port you are using to connect with and try alternates (preferably a good BB cable).

When I double click on the 1.46 GB Passport exe file/application downloaded from Mega and unzipped in Windows 10 File Manager it flashes a smaller black screen (too fast for me or anyone to read) and does nothing. I have tried the Run option by browsing to the exe file on my C Drive as well and no dice. It has to be something simple. Using a like new, good BlackBerry cable that came with either my Passport or Classic. 😔🤔

Open a command shell and see what it says when you run it.

Assuming you have the device drivers installed though? You need those or the loader will do exactly what it's doing now...

This is the issue. "The drivers for this device are not installed. There are no compatible drivers for this device." Do I need to install BlackBerry Link?
