I have the BBM sys.bbm 10.2.0.63 and my video chat doesn't work or doesn't show the green option for me, can someone let me know which the sys.bbm I can use so I can side load it again.

I'm using Chrome to side load, should I terminate the bbm.bar first before installing the downloaded one?
no need just sideload it will overwrite

I think the issue is with connection I have that issue when I lost my 3G connection or doesnt have good signal
