Offhand I'd suggest looking at installed applications as well as number of accounts and amount of data on the phone.

Lol don't do that, I had STL100-1 and sold it to get an STL100-2 and Z30 :P.
STL1 is slower than the rest, the problem u r facing might be because of the different OS versions on both the models?

Can u tell me which OS is your phone running?
And again, STL1 is 35% slower than the rest of the variants. This is visible in game, and browser load times and app opening time.

now I'm running 10.2.1.3175.. STL1 get more score than STL2 on benchmark.. Loading are slower but runnning games more smooth
I had STL100-1 and it never failed me.. Was so fast, and never lagged
But why STL1 dont lag and STL2 and Z30 have small lags? :/

The games runs way smoother on the stl100-1 than on stl100-2.
For example Nova 3. Just got the game and it runs on lowet fps. On the stl100-1 is smooth. You can check on youtube.
Too bad that TI got out of business :(..
I know.. STL1 has Power SGX544 video accelerator which is better than Adreno 225 but its not better than Adreno 320 :/ so why lower end device running smoother in menu ?
Only graphical operations are done by the GPU, rest everything is taken care by the CPU. STL100-2,3 & 4 has a more powerful and better CPU, that's why the menu's and browser and all are running smoother!

No! STL 2,3,4 with better CPU have lag in menu.. STL1 running smoother and than STL 2,3,4 and Z30..
Then there is something wrong with both your phone's :P. cuz am not experiencing anything as u said, I have only 2gb phone memory left too, still my Z30 is running smoothly.

Dude, 1925 is ancient. Atleast install the 2nd latest OS i.e. 2947.

I install 1925 and let update official.. it shows 2102 update and after update, phone running smooth ;)
I find the recent 10.2.1.3175 to be the fastest. Better than older OS and seems to be more stable too (battery life wise)
