So, to have the best set up after BB support is gone, Go to; https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/...&locale=ZW4%3D

Sign In, Go to Manage Devices, Then select Remove?

At which Point I perform factory wipe from phone and after install setup it's done?

No more BB ID, No more BB Protect? Is this correct? On install setup it won't ask for BBID?

    Disable on device also.

You may need to change the date on your device to Aug 1st in order to do that.

For me, I used the TMobile website to shut off protection, when I went to phone, it was already switched off, did the wipe, and during set up the only BB thing required was the legal agreement, didn't sign in to bb ID, nothing, didn't have to change the date.

Guess so. I wasn't sure it necessarily worked for all.
