More notification modes (I use "Phone Calls Only" daily) and better notification customization.

    And a LED indicator.

Sometime the killer features are actually the simplest ones like:

    - Add attachments to an email
    - Transfer a file over Bluetooth
    - Copy files over USB

BTW... not certain about the Z10 or Q10 but with the Z30 the speaker sound is the loudest and clearest than any iPhone or Android.

Can you elaborate how does the eye Fi and remote file access set up work to get pictures from camera to phone?

Edit: just did a quick search and I can see he has explained it already.

"Anything you can do I can do better", period. People need to experience the Z30. It's miles beyond the iPhone and I've had every iteration of the iPhone As a personal device and my BlackBerry's have been work devices. For the first time I am currently using two BlackBerry's. Q10 for work, Z30 for personal. Will never go back to Apple again. Not bashing, they make great products as I use a MacPro, MacBook Pro, and iPad. The iPhone simply has fallen behind the Z30 in user experience in my mind.

I had a discussion about this with three friends a couple weeks ago - one iPhone, two Android. The discussion ended with them asking why no one knows about the features I showed them and them looking into buying stock when it was hovering at $5.50. The features that my Z10 had and they wanted were :

    1. Conference call handling. Automatically, out of the box, detecting conference call information so you just need to hit a "join" button (or rejoin if the call drops). Also setting up conference calls as easily.

    2. Remember. As has been mentioned previously. Being able to turn just about any item (emails, files, etc.) into a dated task.

    3. Attachments. The simple concept of being able to attach a jpg, doc, pdf, and zip file (or any other file type in any other combination) to the same email.

    4. Color coded email accounts in hub go easily identify what the source of the email is.

    5. Priority hub with just a pinch.

    6. Adding email senders to a meeting (on the calendar) with the "Invite to conference" feature and then being able to check attendees availability for the meeting before sending the invitation out.

In terms of background, one is a forensic consultant, one is a bond trader, and one is a doctor.

These were the major wows for them.

    This!

Also, an awesome file manager with Dropbox/Box integration, Miracast/Wi-Fi Direct/DLNA and the App Manager as of 10.2.

What about it? Just the peek / fast switching features or do they not even have a unified inbox?

    Posted via CB10
Nope, they don't have a unified inbox. On ios, if you want to respond to a text, an email, a fb message, etc. You have to go to each if those individual apps.

    Cascades

I know for 99% users this doesn't matter, but I can make an app for myself very fast. iOS uses Objective-C.

In my opinion, Cascades is right now the most cost-efficient way to develop for mobile (i'm leaving WP out of this, since I don't know it)

Yep. It's one of those things I thought I wouldn't use when I read about it. With all the connectivity of our phones and computers I never use memory sticks. Then I encounter the rare device or computer which is not connected to the Internet and I understand. I won't use USB Host Mode much, but when I need it, I'm really happy it's available.

WP8's XAML based UI framework + Visual Studio is a much better experience than Cascades + Eclipse in my opinion. You are right about iOS and Android development though.
