Keyboard enhancement for a Non-English language
Hello there ,
This is a long question. You don't need to read it all. My ultimate request for you is to show me a way to contact BlackBerry 10 developers to let them know about a simple mistake in a Non-English keyboard. If you are not interested in details and if you know how I can contact the support , just tap on "Reply".
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And now the problem description:
I have a Passport and I enjoy the ease of typing in English. The keyboard is primarily made for English. There are also many other languages that are supported and we can use them. Among them is Farsi which is my language. It is very close to Arabic and is written from right to left.
Because Farsi is not a very important language in the world , not enough thought is spent to optimize it on BlackBerry 10. We have 32 letters and in English there are 26 letters and hence 26 keys , therefore some keys contain two Farsi letters and I can type the second letter by long pressing on the key.
The problem is that there is one extra unnecessary letter assigned to the "L" key. So there are actually 3 letters assigned to "L". I say unnecessary because one of these 3 letters is not actually Farsi , but it is Arabic , and is placed in the Farsi keyboard by a mistake that initiates from the similarity of the two languages.

This causes typing very difficult and I get spell check errors all the time due to this simple mistake in definition of the Farsi keyboard.
I am looking for a method to contact BlackBerry 10 developers to let them know about this mistake in the OS. This can be very easily solved in a minor/major upcoming OS update (if any). This will not require lots of work to be corrected and I hope they are willing to solve OS problems that don't require too much work. They should simply remove one extra letter.
I know everything about the current situation of BlackBerry10, so please don't mention words like...BlackBerry 10 is dead. I only hope they accept to solve this issue because simplicity of the solution.
I tried the support link on global.blackberry.com and I couldn't find a place to write about an issue.
Thanks.
