I Can't Get That Key Reboot Working in My Z10

I Press the up and down volume keys together and keep pressing, it tells me screen has been captured and nothing else happens

You can't do that on a STL100-1. Only works on 2/3/4

When I Press and Hold Power Button it COunts down for shutting down the device " 3 2 1"

Keep holding till it has counted down and the blue circle to boot up has shown. Then you release it
