Updated to 10.3.1.1851 via wifi for my Z30 (purchased through shopblackberry) . On WIND Mobile and all is running well. Love the update. It's like having a brand new device. So far, very happy.

Hello, any one can help me.??? My cousin has Z10- STL100-1 phone and he still not get 10.3.1 update. We tried mobile swipe, try to get update from BlackBerry Link etc.. but not getting any updates.. he is using IDEA mobile network.. please help if any one can help..

Hi, i'm also using Z10 stl100-1 havnd already got my updates (OTA) on 25th Feb 2015... i'm
From Malaysia with Maxis carrier. I nothing to do with his STL100-1, it just your carrier. Maybe they still testing it. Which country you are from? My country Malaysia had a
1 week delayed due to our country National Public Holiday, Chinese New Year (long 25days leave including weekend).

I love my z10. Always do, & more after this 10.3.1.2243 update. My z10 look like new again.. and its super smoking, and running android apps amazingly (this update carried android 4.3)
. Had change my screen protector, now am looking to change my housing too, whole set, middle. & battery coveor wt NFC, to compliment my new 10.3... This what BlackBerry suppose continually to do, and hope they could come out with a new device looks alike Z10 n feels like it (or maybe reproduce with some hardware upgrade).
