    Certainly appears to be the case doesn't it. I've not read any post that somebody here in the states has received the update.

    Updated the passport to 10.3.1 and they have left out the ability to change notification settings for everything apart from the ringtone. There is no way to set alert tones for anything else or change volume level (for email alerts for example)

    You have to tap normal profile and continue from there.

    It is, actually - Telus (which in turn owns Koodo) is usually among the first carriers in the world with BB10 updates. They're still running it through testing according to tweets from their support account. Might be to do with the Passport issues, though that wouldn't explain why they've held it back for all other devices.

    Not sure how koodo works - Z30 is not supplied by kodoo - how does the udpate come via koodo?

    Very painful exercise on the Q5. Keep losing Wifi connection and kept asking me to release storage. Slowly deleted my apps one by one and finally had no more apps to delete! Only had the pre-installed apps on my phone. Had to do a security wipe and start the update again. It's still wiping now so hopefully there is adequate space when at default. If not don't know how I'm going to update the Q5?

    Seen this issue with Q5's lack of storage when I updated someone's device. Fortunately deleting apps was enough, but what a pain. You may be able to use Sachesi and install the core OS and other bar files separately. May allow for upgrading this way

    According to Michael Clewley (and confirmed by a quick check of my own phone), factory-unlocked Passports should now be seeing the update. Not sure I want to risk it after seeing all the flickering and notification volume concerns, however - might sit this one out until we get some bug fixes.
