Good news comes from England . How segnalatoci by some users , the operator O2 English have begun to receive the long awaited firmware update BlackBerry 10.3.1 . This is the version of the BlackBerry OS 10.3.1.1565/2243 although it is currently only available for the BlackBerry Z30 and BlackBerry Classic.

For now, the other terminals are still not getting the update 10.3.1 but since the early stages of release is possible that the rollout will continue in the coming hours arriving on other BlackBerry devices 10 .

We do not know if this marks the official start of the release updates for you , but we will follow the development of the situation , aggiornandovi in real time on the issue update BlackBerry 10.3.1 .

You're missing the point. It's always been a February launch, there's nothing exclusive about that. BlackBerry announced it at the Classic event. Bringing it down to a day means ABSOLUTELY nothing in terms of when it will roll out to everyone. It's all still based on carrier releases and people are still going to be waiting lol. TELSTRA for example is calling for a mid-March release, so sure, BlackBerry will likely announce it tomorrow (BB Elite members had their meeting for it today) and some people will get it tomorrow but no matter what, you're still going to have people waiting for it. I guarantee you a month from now, people will still be asking 'Where's my 10.3.1 update!' because they failed to read the fact its still carrier based. Just like EVERY other OS roll out that has ever happened.

True, but what of us Unlocked non carrier branded factory devices? Will we be fortunate to get it among the first or will we have to wait for what ever sim card we have pushes? Plus my os is ahead of the T-Mobile os officially. Should I remove the Sim card and wait it out tonight?

Lol we will see. Blaze don't you love the Crybaby's that are complaining about this release? We all heard from Blackberry back in December about the product timeline outlook, and it said February. A specific date is arbitrary as they said February so its release should come this month.

Keep regulating these trolls and put them in check. Thanks Blaze

As soon as a sim gets activated, it normally locks your device to your carrier for updates.
