So guys I emailed the kairos watch guys,

    1. The watch is awesome, just pre ordered one!
    2. The guys are friendly and responsive.
    3. There is hope for BlackBerry support.

Below the email (got Ok from them to post it)

So guys if u think u want BlackBerry support post your comments, am gonna send them a link to this thread hoping they see interest and support bb10.

    Hi xxxx,

Thanks for the compliments. Being a start-up we are really limited in terms of resources and manpower. We have made commitments for Android, iOS and Windows Phone, but not BB10 just yet.
I know that it's not that difficult from the Android but our engineering team has to really focus their efforts on the other three OS's first in order to meet our delivery date.

However, personally - being Canadian... I would definitely have BB in the line up one way or another.

    Regards,

    Sam Yang

Just to let you know other watches have difficulty with their android clients on BB10. My Martian for example has extremely limited functionality on BB10 using the Android client, and the Pebble requires a 3rd party app, plus the client to get it working. So while it's possible, don't get your hopes up!

I ordered mine for my other line I have on a Sony z device.

As for hopes, well BlackBerry wouldn't be here without the hopes of many.

So a little optimism never hurts.

Good u have a martian. Wanted to ask about that, is the caller I'd function working when u receive calls?

What do u mean by limited.

    What works and what doesn't.

I love watches! Nothing beats my omega, but developed a new live to these hybrid smart/mechanical watches.

What I mean is the client loads and you can pair to the watch. You can send test messages but that is it! No real messages or any functions actually work.

Pebble is your best bet right now.

I don't like the look of them. The Martian notifier looks amazing.

What I don't get is how my jawbone earphone without any software or apps reads the name or number of my caller in my ear!

And why watches dont?!? And why it's hard to fix??

Dunno how it's the jawbone era, not the latest, the model before that, it's been with me since its launch.

I have a Q10 paired with it, no software installed or anything, just shake to pair, and it gives me names or numbers, that's a bit eratic.

But always whispers in my ear with a sexy voice!!

Call from two zero three etc...
