    Ok so I've done this, said there was a error so it stopped, my BlackBerry hub keeps saying preparing, then flashing black, then back to preparing, my bbm has lost connection, my apps have all mixed up out of there folders into random places and some don't work properly haha

    Starting to get slightly annoyed with BlackBerry.

    Don't 2 resets, been off the whole night, still the same, one hard reset... still the same...
