    Does anyone know where my OTA update is? I think he is lost.
    Any ideas?

    Using an shop BlackBerry unlocked device.

    Mine (eg current Passport and previous Q10) have usually required a few days to 'settle down' and stop draining the battery after an OS update - I've always assumed that this is to do with re-indexing the content on the phones (I always have thousands of documents on the SD Card as well as lots of emails and attachments). You are definitely right about doing an extra re-boot/reset or two.....

    Not only you, T-Mobile Germany still nothing. I Autoloader using Thurasks Lazy loader. Works brilliant. Tired of waiting for the slow, way too expensive T-Mobile.

    All I can say is lucky you. I have a Q5 that has failed unnameable times over the air or via usb and link. It fails at about 90% installed because I get the out memory message even though I have deleted all the apps. Memory used is given at 7.5GB. Clearly every failed update leaves files on the system which then accumulate. Come on Blackberry sort this one out.

    You might want to run something like CCleaner and see if there are any stuff needs cleaning that you may have missed.

    Just backup with Link, 'reload OS' with Link, then restore (if you must).

    Just let the OS settle down for one day and the battery life will improve.

    Got update last week but now the phone keeps updating the radio, updated it 4 times now the battery is below 20%. Anyone else experience this?
