    Are they onto me?
    I swiped up to home killed a couple apps and this popped up can touch under it apps open wtf did I find the hidden secret that was prophesied

    No swipe down a couple times over the battery it should go away

    Go to home screen and swipe down on the battery icon.

    This is in all early builds. Swipe diagonally from the top left (battery) and it will change to "bars". Then one more time gets rid of it. It is a system monitor of sorts.
