    I assumed that Blackberry had at least one Q10, Z10, Q5, Z3, Classic and a Passport lying around so they could test the latest update OTA on each device before releasing it that way to us.

    I couldn't wait to get this update for my passport and now like so many others my notification sound levels are ridiculously low. Come on Blackberry you can do better than this!
