Why BlackBerry do not make possible to develop with java? It would be too simple to make application! QT 4 it's old!

Lots of reasons but probably the biggest is that BB10 is a dead platform.

BB10 barely uses any Standard Qt libs anyway most of it is custom, BlackBerry never created enough API's and took their time about a lot of them; BB10 is over

Or because BB10 doesn't use as much Java API's in the system as BBOS7?

The ART allows android programs to run which in the common case are Java.
The architectural decision taken while BB10 was still in development was for the primary target to be Cascades and QML. This was a course change from PBOS where the primary target was Adobe Air, which is basically javaScript. Just to be clear javaScript is not even remotely related to Java.

ART app =! Native BB10 app

And yes, I'm familiar with the fact that Javascript isn't the same as Java. but I've heard from people that BBOS7 was using some Java API's as well. Guess they weren't familiar with the difference b/w Java and Javascript.

BBOS7 was primarily written in Java, what does this have to do with anything?
    Who is they?

Ahhh, did you mistake PBOS for BBOS?

I wish I could run BBOS7 on my Passport. All they need to do is migrate the hub over to it.

I was talking about BBOS7 in my post which you initially responded to. I made that clear in that post, so...
