Your unethical and illegal idea can't happen if the developer doesn't want it to: The paid applications are usually tied to the device PIN or BlackBerry ID. One of the advantages of the most secure mobile platform available.
No, and there's no need to jailbreak or root one, it isn't 'sandboxed' like an iPhone, and rooting is prevented for security reasons.
I believe that you are talking about piracy. You can count most of us out.
If someone wanted to pirate protools or matlab I might be a bit more understanding
But most apps are $1.99 so come on man. If it's really not worth two bucks to get something that's useful to you then I don't know what to say
