    Ive downloaded several times and deleted and it's not working properly as you can see. Any ideas? I'm on 10.3.
    I believe it was working as well when I had it on 10.2.
    Last time I used it was several weeks ago on a z30 and it worked fine.

    Yes, it doesn't work.

    I've even emailed the developer about it. Nothing back about it yet - not even a basic "thanks for contacting us" response.

    I have a Z30 and am on 10.2.1.2991. I received an update for the Wikipedia for BlackBerry 10 app a few days ago. Every time I tried to update, it would download and then received a message that there was an error installing. Today, I decided to delete and then reinstall from BlackBerry World. Unfortunately, I got the same error when installing. I've sent the developer an email asking for help but have not heard back yet. Any ideas of how to get it downloaded again? Thanks
