    Hey folks. Need your assistance plz. Anyone hear of an issue of not being able to unlock a BlackBerry replacement?

    Got my z10 replaced last year from Bell Mobility. Went today to the Same place I had my older BlackBerry z10 unlocked successfully. I put in the new code and says unlocked successfully but when I switch sim's it tells me "The device is Network locked. Contact your service provider."

    Called back and the guy told me he has heard about others with this issue as well that had their BlackBerry replaced.

    Plz help me! Need my phone unlocked before Sunday! Shall I call my service providers directly. Feel like I'm definitely pressed for time. I'm sooooo mad right now and upset!

    Quite obvious what it's telling you to do! Give em a call and be nice!

    I was being nice for 2 hours on the phone my head hurts and I got zero accomplished. Said that blackberry will contact me in 1-2 weeks time. Spoke 2 like 4 different people. My head hurts a lot right now!!!
