I setup my Passport a month ago or so and it imported thousands of Contacts from all over....and it's taken me this long to find out how to delete most of them from the Passport. I say 'delete' but I still get a handful of "this contacts' birthday" etc etc and I check and they are NOT a Contact anymore so why do I still get them?

What I guess I want to do is to turn off ALL bloody birthday notices for ALL contacts...

    How?

Odd, most have the opposite issue. Maybe you can help here:

If the contacts birthday has been added directly to the calendar as a whole-day task/appointment - (before you imported - perhaps by an older device??), then there is not much you can do about it,

but If you use f.ex Google mail, then the birthdays are usually in a separate calendar (which is automatically added when you add the account)

From the Calendar app, swipe down and Tap "Manage", and you should see all separate calendars active on your device. Hopefully you find one called "Contact's birthdays and events", - Untick it - and the birthdays should be gone (except from those which is already transferred onto your regular calendar)

That's why Crackberry installed the "thanks" feature.

Go ahead, JV, give it a try. Mr Morten would probably appreciate it!
