Why can't I use this to tether my q10 to my z10's lte connection? I can successfully tether everything else I have tried but for some reason not the z and q. I've tried tether the z10 to my q10s lte connection S well and that still didn't work. Is this by design or is it a bug?

Hmmm.. works fine for me.. doesn't seem to like it but it does work.
Would this be carrier related? As to why you can't use it? Tmo sucks imo as I have an unlimited $70 plan that they told me that if I get the cheaper plan I could tether or hot spot but I'd get throttled down after the cap... on the other hand iphone5 on AT&T let's users use their phone as an hot spot .. i didn't have any wifi to update my z10 and used an i5 to update OTA for the 10.1.0.4200
On the Underrated Z10
I have tethering included in my carrier data plan. Blaze, does it work for you with both devices on the latest leak, 1725? How are you connecting the devices? Via blue tooth? Mine connect initially when I try to go through the tethering setup but disconnect immediately after (before the set up is even done). Are you using the Internet tethering setup wizard in network connections? I can use mobile hot spot to accomplish something similar but it does have that inactivity time out unless the hot spot hosting device is plugged in and it kills battery...its a pain right now as I carrry around a q10 and z10 all day in 2 microfiber pockets and have to switch the sim whenever I want to switch phones. I have att 10gb mobile share plan btw
