    When I open file manager "Device" tab not opens but instead there message "Folder unavailable" and "You don't have permission to access this folder", how to fix that without hard reset?

    Reboot by holding down the power button until it restarts.

    If that doesn't work, you'll need to do a clean install of the OS.

    Yes, I understand, but how to save voice notes and photos from internal memory, which version of OS most stable, how to prevent that in future?

    Op can try an actual hard reboot by holding volume up and volume down until the device restarts.

    I learned that back in the day that the Z10STL100-1 couldn't perform a volume button reboot.
