Anyone else on 10.2 notice that despite being on in both Notifications and in the BBM app settings, Instant Previews don't work for BBM?

They are working fine for me on my Z10 10.2.1.1055 and have on all versions of 10.2 for me. Have they ever worked for you?

My instant previews on BBM work fine.

Possible Solution:

1. Use App Manager to kill BBM.
2. Turn off Instant Previews for BBM and BBM Groups in Notifications.
3. Open BBM and go into settings and hit "Edit Instant Previews" and turn them off for every contact.
4. Kill BBM again.
5. Turn Instant Previews for BBM/BBM Groups in notifications on again.
6. Open BBM and turn Instant Previews on for all desired contacts again.
7. Kill BBM once more then re-open it.

Hopefully, this resolves the issue.

Rebooting or shutting down won't solve the problem. This is a software glitch that requires a manual refreshing of settings, so it seems.

They don't really seem to work for me on BBM either. I'm on Q10 running 1925.

I have 4 Z10s in my life. All running 10.2.429. Instant preview works for bbm on 2 of them but not the 2 others. All upgraded with sachesi.

Can you check on BBM settings if the BBM contact you're expecting the instant preview to show is highlighted when you go to the instant preview setting
