In the past two weeks I have experienced a problem with instant previews on my T-Mobile branded Q10 (10.2.1.2156) and my Verizon Wireless branded Z30 (10.2.1.2991). At random times, email instant previews became stuck at the top of my screens. I tried to switch to different apps and screens, but I could not get the messages to clear. The emails were from different senders and different email accounts. I had to perform a hard reset to clear my screens.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have never seen this issue on my Z-30 model 100-5. Does the problem persist after restart?

    Z-30 / STA100-5 / 10.3.0.1418 / T-Mobile USA

Check that your mails are tagged as read in the hub. If it's already the case, just reset the hub by doing 5 quick swipes from the top right border to the center (while in the hub of course).

It has not happened again since I did the hard restarts. I found it strange that the problem happened on both phones. I'm keeping an eye on both to see if the problem returns.

I tried the 5 swipes from the top to reset the hub and it did not clear the screen.

Did you have the message : "Preparing BlackBerry Hub" ?

If yes, just re-tag your mail as read by long pressing the last date and choose "Mark prior read" in the overflow.
