    Hello,

    I have Instant installed on my Passport, but no matter how long I use the phone, the counter stops at 79 minutes. Also, apparently I haven't unlocked my phone a single time since December.

    This started recently, maybe since the latest OS update (not sure). It hasn't always been like this.

    Anyone?

    Only they will be able to diagnose the issue and help resolve it.

    You are right.

    Just wondering if anyone else has experienced such issues after updating the OS. I have experienced similar issues on Android apps, but not native apps for BB.
