Install Apk Files Directly : Problem

So When I Open The Directory From The File Manager of the Apk file
and Click Install
It Tells me "Installing is stalled, Cancel Installation?" :

When I Click Ok it Cancels
when I Click Cancel it stays like this :

ANY HELP ?

Click cancel and wait.

How long did you wait? I have the same problem. Did a reboot and I'm trying to wait to have the app install ...

This happened to me a bunch of times for some apks so I just ended up not using them and used another apk for same app to install and it worked just fine. Maybe try using different apk?

Fix for me was to run an android port first from the BB World store. Once it has launched the Android player for the first time (long wait for blue bar) they all installed fine. Occasionally still get the installer has stalled message but just press cancel and they complete.

Can also confirm this worked for me. I actually side loaded an android app and ran it first then the installer ran fine for me after that. STL100-3 on Bell
