Just tried it out. Pretty much the same thing. Thanks though. It's probably just the OS... since it's not official the kinks haven't been fully ironed out.

I tried the following on the Q10 with the BB 10.3.0.1052

- Installed the latest APK from 1 Mobile market. Crashed with any and every activity
- Installed Snap an the app from there, installed correctly, but threw the error that the phone camera is not supported
- Re installed, similar issues, finally got it to run once, and it crashed
- Installed iGrann pro.. didnt like it one bit.
- Saw this thread. Installed the old version. It works well
- Posted the above list of comments

Don use Instagram after update to 10.3.0.1052. New 6.4 and 6.5 version of Instagram doesn't work normally. If you gonna try the oldest version of IG, after few days it stop to work. Now using Igrann Pro like on 10.2.2...

Cant post, Cant like, Cant Upload Videos... you cant do anything besides browse without having it closing everytime. if you are lucky it will let you upload a photo. but in the end it will always close.

Upgrade to 1131 radio and install 1154 bars.
It's working for a lot of people with the Android runtime on 1154

You were able to get 6.2 to load videos? It keeps failing for me, but at least it doesn't crash like all the more recent versions. I'm debating trying to move down to 6.1 and see if I can get videos back and if that doesn't work I'll try the suggestion mentioned above.

Upgrade to 1131 radio and install 1154 bars.
It's working for a lot of people with the Android runtime on 1154

My 6.1 bright idea wasn't so bright as I still fail when trying to upload videos.

shorski, do you think sideloading only the 1154 bar files would work or is the 1131 radio also necessary? Maybe it's just easier to go from 1052 to 1154 completely instead of combining the 1052 OS / 1131 radio / 1154 app bars...

Yeah, guess we just have to live without video. Hopefully it comes back when 10.3.1 becomes official in a few months.

Where can I find the bar for the Andorid runtime that was on 10.2.1.3253? When I get that I am gonna try install that android runtime on my phone and see if that will make instagram work

EDIT no I won't... VSCOCAM is working on 10.3 whereas it wasn't on 10.2.1

You can upload videos on 10.3? I couldn't with any version of Instagram on both 10.3.0.1052 and 10.3.0.1154.

Proof because everytime i use 6.2.2 you get as far as posting and it says posting failed, you go through motions of editing, tagging and filters, then when you get half way the meter stops and says upload failed and no matter how many times you press retry it fails

But that said 6.2.2 is the most stable version for 10.3

It has the infinite scroll on the popular page, instagram direct, videos watching works , posting pics and liking and commenting also works
It's just that you can't post videos

I just installed 6.02 of instagram, and video upload works perfect. The only thing I'm missing is the infinite scroll on the explore tab, but I'll trade that for video uploading. I rarely look at explore anyway. Try 6.02, it should work perfect for you.

Good. For now, do not update it. As latest updates now crashes for me too. Stay with either 6.0.2 or 6.2.2
After all, they are all the same. Just bug fixes here and there.
