Jio uses VOLTE so you won't be able to even make a call to198.

I don't understand why VOLTE would be the problem. Me and my dad are using VOLTE on our BlackBerries (Passport and Leap resp.). Or does India have different VOLTE thus making BB's incompatible?

Jio has decided to not support for BlackBerry 10 devices for now, but don't know about future, but it is a carrier problem

Jio has their own Android app for non VOLTE to make phone calls, however when that apk is installed it does not recognize the BlackBerry or that app is not supporting the runtime.

    For the Indians about Jio-img_20161121_201536.png

I get like this even when the Sim is inserted.. To resolve the problem some one who own a Jio Sim call the 198 from another mobile and say your mobile model and IMEI no. to them and so they'll give a code it seems and guide us what to do with that..

Hey guys rather than using a Jio4g network how about Reliance4g..?? Has anyone in here ever used that or even tried that that. They give a spectacular offer in my circle like 149₹ - unlimited calls and 1Gb data for a month.
