    I've got a brand new Q5, running the latest OS version, and I am trying to sync my entire itunes library on it with BlackBerry Link (latest version too). But the thing is that I can't even select with what I'd like to sync my music on Link, like if I hadn't any music at all. I don't want to do it manually with Windows files explorer because I would lost album pictures. This is getting really annoying, and I don't know if the problem comes from Apple or BlackBerry but BlackBerry should definitely fix this...

    iTunes is sooooooo bad.
    I just use drag and drop to add all my music and album art.

    You have two options to sync from: Windows Media Player and iTunes. Just choose iTunes.

    I find Link to be not bad myself.

    Yep, I've chosen itunes from the start, it didn't change anything...

    I tried to do that... My music file seems to be so big Windows can't even manage to copy it and paste it somewhere else...
