images not downloading automatically?

Z10 with the latest BB10 OS.

I have checked settings in each email account, and they are set to display images automatically.

However not happening. In particular with 1 of the email accounts on the phone.

This just started happening randomly about 2 weeks ago, never had any issues before.

You know when emails come in with embedded images.... none show.

I have tried flipping it back to "off" and then back to "on", and nothing.

any thoughts?

Try to restart the Hub (5 swipes from upper right corner to the lower left corner) or hard reboot ( two volume keys together until the device restarts). However, I am not sure if Z10 support hard reboot, then just just switch off the device and pull out the battery.
