    I don't get all the notifications but I'm getting them frequently... the first time I got one was two days ago.
    Today I woke up and found these:

    I randomly for the first time got a notification today in the hub, I opened instagram closed it then a little while later opened instagram had another notification in instagram but didn't receive in hub like the first one hmm interesting.
