Well holy sheeet! It's gone for me as well on BlackBerry World. It was there on Saturday when I dowloaded it: again after deleting it to try and fix the blank screen issue. Also on sa!Saturday I emailed the dev about: the blan screen issue and got a standard auto reply. Weird, because the last update was not very old.

It's happening to me too today, only I still use the free version. Did the uninstall and reinstall, and now I can't login using my facebook account.

iGrann pro stopped working for me yesterday, (it just froze after I tried to log in) and now it has also disappeared from Blackberry World, both the free and pro version.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems but I really want it black!

Igrann wasn't loading for me so deleted and re installed. Still didn't work so tried to download Inst 10 and it asked for my post code so when I put my post code in it said invalid post code so installed the Instagram from Google play and it works flawlessly !!!

Thanks for the update. Hopefully, we can all enjoy iGrann again. I'm currently using inst10. It starts rather slow everytime I open it. Still prefer iGrann.

In the BB Beta Zone there's still the iGrann Beta version (no Pro version though).
But I have the same problems: I can't get past the login screen.
Inst10 is still working, so it's not about changes in API or such, I guess...

I paid for inst10 about a year ago, and I keep trying it and deleting it from time to time. still terrible. asking my age?? says video upload...but no video upload. deleted again.

I see its once again on BlackBerry World, but I can't install Pro. It only shows the option to "update". Pro is not installed on my device. If I try to "update" I get an install error. I can install the free version, but I did pay for a reason..

I can't remove igrann pro. I deleted the icon but it's still running and when I try to update, it fails to update.



I can't uninstall it by any means I know of.. any suggestions?

Install the free one and from there you should be able to "restore previous purchase"....I think.

Not sure where you see this option. I have the free version installed. No option to restore a purchase. You can actually have them both installed simultaneously, they're separate programs.

Restarting the phone caused iGran Pro to reappear on the homescreen. I was then able to update it. Weird.
